老年高血压患者房颤与左房内径的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨老年高血压患者房颤与左房内径的关系。方法将163例老年原发性高血压病患者按照有无合并房颤分为A、B两组:A组为合并房颤组,共45例;B组为不合并房颤组,共118例,分别做二维超声心动图检查,测定左房内径并进行比较。结果 A组左房内径明显高于B组(P<0.01)。结论老年高血压患者房颤发作与左房内径大小关系密切。 Objective To disscuse the relationship between atrial fibrillation(AF)and left atrium diameter(LAD)in elderly people with essential hypertension.Methods 163 elderly essential hypertensive patients were divided into 2 groups according to atrial fibrillation complication,group A(AF group)45 cases,group B(non-AF group)118 cases.The LAD were examined and compared at the same time.Results The difference of the LAD was significant,group Agroup B(P0.01).Conclusion In 163 elderly essential hypertensive patients,AF correlated with LAD.
