摘要
对不同施氮条件下甜菜RuBP 羧化酶活性进行了研究,结果表明:各施氮处理RuBP羧化酶活性都是苗期最低,随生育进程逐渐升高,到糖分积累期又呈下降趋势,但羧化酶活性高峰出现时间不同,N180 处理在块根增长期,其它处理均在叶丛形成期;苗期施氮量与RuBP羧化酶活性呈显著正相关,其它各处理相关不显著。RuBP羧化酶与甜菜产质量关系非常密切,该酶在各生育时期与块根产量呈正相关, 与含糖率负相关, 与产糖量呈正相关, 但在不同生育时期相关程度不同, 在块根增长期酶活性与块根产量呈显著正相关, 在苗期与含糖率呈显著负相关, 而在糖分积累期与产糖量之间相关程度较高。从RuBP 羧化酶活性变化动态和各处理产质量来看,以N120 处理为最佳。
RuBPase activity of sugarbeet was studied under different nitrogen levels applied were conducted with the results indicating as fallows: The RuBPase activity was lowest in seedling stage under all nitrogen levels applied, and rised gradually along with the progress of growth, then assumed a declining trend in sugar accumulation period, but the activity peaks appeared in different stages, which were in root rapid growth stage under N 180kg/ha, and the rest were in foliage growth stage.There were significent correlation between the RuBPase activity and nitrogen levels applied in the seedling stage, but not so to the rest stages. The RuBPase has a very closely relation to root yield and quality, and were positively correlated to the root yield in all time, but negatively correlated to the sugar content and positively related to sugar yield in general. but the degree of these correlationships were different in different time. The RuBPase activity were significently positively correlated to the root yield in root growth stage, and were significently negatively correlated to the sugar content in seedling stage,whereas has a relatively high correlative coefficient with sugar yield. Viewed from the changes of RuBPase activity and the yield and qualitity,the best result could be gained under N 120kg/ha.
