离子色谱法测定饮水中一溴乙酸、二溴乙酸和溴酸盐 被引量:1

Determination of monobromocetic acid dibromoacetic acid and bromate in drinking water by ion chromatography

摘要 目的:建立简便快速梯度淋洗离子色谱法测定饮用水中一溴乙酸(MBAA)、二溴乙酸(DBAA)、溴酸盐(BrO3-)。方法:选用IonPac AS18阴离子分析柱,0~45 mmol/L KOH淋洗液,流速为1.0 ml/min,电导检测器检测。样品经0.45μm滤膜过滤后直接进样。结果:本法线性相关性好(r≥0.9990),精密度好(RSD<5.0%),样品加标平均回收率为87.0%~101.0%,最低检出量0.006μg/ml~0.025μg/ml。结论:该法操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏、适用于大批水样分析。 Objective:To establish an ion chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of bromate,monobromocetic acid and dibromoacetic acid in drinking water.Methods:The separation was carried on IonPAC AS11 analytical column with isocratic eluent of 0~45 mmol/L KOH and flow rate of 1.0 ml/ min and detected by suppressed conductivity detector.Results: The method had good linear correlation(r≥0.9990) and precision(RSD 5.0%).The average recoveries were 87.0%~101.0% and the detection limits were in the range of 0.006 μg/ml~0.025 μg/ml.Conclusion: The method is simple,quick,sensitive and precise,and is suitable for the analysis of monobromocetic acid,dibromoacetic acid and bromate in drinking water.
