摘要
目的探讨自制情景视频在拉玛泽分娩法培训中的应用效果。方法将参与孕妇学校拉玛泽分娩法培训的216例孕妇按时间顺序分为观察组(109例)和对照组(107例),观察组采用自制情景视频方式对孕妇进行拉玛泽分娩法培训;对照组采用多媒体方式进行拉玛泽分娩法培训。比较两组孕妇掌握和应用拉玛泽分娩法情况。结果两组孕妇拉玛泽分娩法掌握、坚持练习、正确运用呼吸情况及分娩方式比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论情景视频教学可使孕妇正确掌握拉玛泽分娩法,提高其居家进行分娩呼吸技巧练习的依从性,增强孕妇自然分娩信心,促进自然分娩。
Objective To study the effect of self-made simulation video in teaching of Lamaze childbirth.Methods Totally,216 pregnant women attending trainging school were divided into an observation group(n=109) and a control group(n=107) in chronolo-gical order.Simulation video teaching was used in the observation group,while the multimedia-assisted teaching was employed in the control group.Results The percentage of women′s mastery of Lamaze childbirth,the percentage of women′s application of correct breathing method and mode of delivery in the two group had significant difference(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion The self-made simulation video helps pregnant women master Lamaze childbirth method,improves their compliance with domestic practice,and increases natural childbirth rate.
