摘要
商务英语语篇是对外商务活动中使用的一种特殊的语篇形式,由于其用途往往需要语言的精确性,但是商务英语中同样存在着模糊语言。模糊语言在商务英语中有消极的影响也有积极的作用,关键在于如何把握语言的模糊度,而语境是判断是否正确把握语言模糊度的最好标准。
Business English discourse is a special discourse used in the foreign trade business activities.It needs to be accurate because of its special usage.However,vague language also exists in the business English.Vague language in the business English not only has negative impacts but also positive functions.The key is how to control the degree of vagueness of language.Context is the best standard to judge whether the degree of vagueness is controlled correctly or not.
