摘要 对复杂脑网络的研究现状进行综述性介绍。首先回顾复杂网络和脑网络的基本概念,然后分别介绍基于结构性连接、功能性连接、和因效性连接而建立的3种不同类型的脑网络,进一步讨论了关于结构性脑网络和功能性脑网络之间关系的研究,以及基于计算模型的脑网络研究,之后重点介绍复杂脑网络的两个重点应用,即在脑相关疾病和认知神经科学方面的研究现状,最后对脑网络的未来研究方向进行了讨论。 A survey of complex brain networks is given in this paper. Specially, after a brief introduction of the background of complex brain networks, the brain networks based on structural connectivity, functional connectivity, and effective connectivity are introduced respectively, and the relationship between structural brain networks and the respective functional networks is further discussed, and computational studies of brain networks based on brain models are introduced as well. Furthermore, the applications of brain networks on the studies of brain disease and cognition are introduced respectively. At last, discussions on the future research topics of brain networks are given.
