摘要
提出了一种面向H.264/AVC的帧内码率-量化模型。该模型考虑了编码帧的复杂度,能够准确地根据目标比特率为帧内编码帧选择正确的量化参数。基于提出的帧内码率-量化模型,给出了针对I帧的码率控制方案以及针对场景切换情况的码率控制方案。实验结果证明,与传统的H.264/AVC码率控制方法相比,两种方案的码率控制的精度和峰值信噪比都得到了提高。
An Intra-Frame rate-quantization model for H.264/AVC is proposed.The model,which takes the frame complexity into consideration,is able to select proper quantization parameters for intra-coded frames according to the target bit rate.Based on the proposed rate-quantization model,a rate control scheme for I-Frame and a rate control scheme for scene change frame are also presented.Experiment results demonstrate that,compared with the traditional H.264/AVC rate control algorithm,the proposed algorithms can reduce the mismatches and improve the peak signal-to-noise ratio between actual bits and target ones.
