一种MPEG-2视频流无缝拼接的码率控制算法

摘要 对压缩域中MPEG-2视频流无缝拼接的码率控制进行了研究,分析了通过调整编码参数vbv_delay来确定拼接期的目标比特数,以达到缓冲器平稳过渡的要求,同时结合压缩域中MPEG-2视频流无缝拼接中的帧转换所带来的编码复杂度变化的特点,提出了一种具体的拼接期的目标比特数分配的方案。试验表明:该方案能够有效地实现拼接过程中缓冲器的平稳过渡,同时能获得较好的视觉效果。 This paper investigates the problems of MPEG-2 video streams seamless splicing. Through the adjustment of the vbv_delay to confirm the target bits of the splicing section, and with the coding complexity changed for the frame conversion, it proposes an efficient rate control strategy. Experiment shows the algorithm can prevent buffer underflow and overflow, and can achieve good visual performance.
