摘要
目的探讨中成药净肤液抗人乳头瘤病毒的作用。方法将净肤液作用于离体尖锐湿疣皮损组织中的人乳头瘤病毒(HPV),应用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)技术,检测HPV-DNA的扩增情况,考察净肤液在体外抗病毒的作用。结果经净肤液作用后,人乳头瘤病毒DNA扩增受到抑制,检测结果为阴性。结论净肤液对人乳头瘤病毒感染有较强的抑制作用。
Objective To discuss the anti-HPV effect of JingFuYe.Methods The JingFuYe was acted on the HPV in the tissue of the iso1ated CA.The po1ymerase chain reaction（FQ-PCR） was used for the study of anti-viral effect by determining the HPV-DNA amplification.Results After using the drug,the HPV-DNA amp1ification were restrained,and the test showed negative.Conclusion JingFuYe have a stronger inhibitory effect to the HPV infection.
