摘要
对应用谐波振动消除机床床身铸造残余应力的方法进行了实验研究。实验结果的对比表明,该方法能够显著地降低铸件生产中残余应力对铸件精度的影响,是一种可显著缩短机床生产周期的新型工艺方法。
The method that the residual stress of machine casting eliminated by harmonic vibration is researched.The contrast of test result shows that this way can reduce the significant influence the residual stress on the casting accuracy in the process of casting production.The method is also a new process method,which can significant shorten the machine production cycle.
