摘要
目的:探讨食管癌Ivor lewis和Sweet两种术式的临床应用并评价其效果及心肺保护作用。方法:将食管癌病人临床随机分为两组各60例,分别实行Ivor lewis和Sweet手术,对术中后血流动力学和并发症发生率等项指标进行检测和临床评价。结果:Ivor lewis组SBP,DBP,HR值基本接近正常范围,Sweet组高于此范围,手术并发症发生率Ivor lewis组低于Sweet组(P<0.01)。结论:Ivor lewis术式的血流动力学稳定性优于Sweet组,手术并发症发生率低于Sweet组。Ivor lewis手术有利于心肺功能的保护。
Objective:To explore the clinical application of Ivor lewis and Sweet and evaluate their protective effects on the heart and lung functions.Methods:All 120 cases of esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups:Ivor lewis group and Sweet group,with 60 cases in each and the Ivor lewis group was given Ivor lewis and the Sweet group was given Sweet.The hemodynamics,complication rate and other indexes were analyzed during or after operation.Results:The SBP,DBP and HR values of the Ivor lewis group were close to the normal range,and those of the Sweet group were higher than this range,and the incidence of complications of the Ivor lewis group was lower than that of the Sweet group(P0.01).Conclusion:The hemodynamic stability of the Ivor lewis group is better than that of the Sweet group,and the surgical complication rate is lower than that of the Sweet group.Ivor lewis is useful in the protection of the heart and lung functions.
