摘要
提出了一种新的全通网络宽带相移器的设计方法,首先基于一阶全通网络的群延迟特性,给出了一个用于优化相对相移固定的全通网络目标函数,并分析了该目标函数与各单元网络零极点参数的关系;然后利用遗传算法分别对30°和60°十倍频宽带相对相移网络的零极点参数值进行了优化,得到了较好的相位频率特性结果;最后使用ADS仿真软件对设计的四通道相移器网络特性进行仿真验证,结果表明这种设计方法可行。
A novel design method of wide band phase shifter using all-pass network is presented.A target function for optimizing first-order all-pass network with fixed relative phase-shift is given,based on group delay properties of the first-order all-pass network.Relationship between the target function and pole-zero location of every unit network are analyzed.The Genetic Algorithm(GA) is used to optimize the pole-zero location in all-pass networks of 30° and 60° relative phase-shift,and good phase-frequency characteristics are obtained.The phase characteristics of the optimized 4-channel phase shifter are finally validated with simulation software Advanced Design System.The design method proved to be practical.
