摘要
SPR传感器已经成为检测、分析生物分子相互作用的有效工具。为满足快速高通量检测的需要,高通量SPR检测仪器已经成为SPR检测仪器的重要发展趋势。研制出一套高通量的SPR成像检测系统,以LabVIEW为开发工具,设计出一套实用的实时控制与数据采集分析程序。主要讨论了高通量、快速的SPR检测系统的设计,以及基于LabVIEW的实时过程控制与图像采集分析系统软件的设计与实现,运用该检测系统,可以实现快速的SPR检测,满足高通量、高精度的检测要求。
SPR sensor now has become an effective way to inspect and analyze the intermolecular interaction.In order to satisfy the demand of high-throughput detection inspection,SPR inspector with high-throughput detection inspection is now an important development trend.We have developed a high-throughput SPR imaging detection system,and designed a procedures for real-time control and data acquisition,analysis procedures by using LabVIEW.This paper discussed the design of high-throughput SPR sensor,and the design of the Real—time process control and image acquisition software based on LabVIEW.This system can fill the requirement of high-throughput and high-speed SPR sensor.
