摘要
以早熟优质小型西瓜L600为接穗,南瓜砧京欣砧4号、冬瓜砧1号、葫芦砧砧力1号和京欣砧1号(CK)为砧木,研究4种砧木对西瓜嫁接后嫁接苗成活率、生长势、产量和品质等方面的影响。结果表明:综合分析植株耐热性、两茬果产量、果实性状和品质等指标,冬瓜砧1号热害指数低,两茬果产量较高,为5232.0kg·(667m2)-1,第1茬和第2茬果中心、边部可溶性固形物均高于对照,嫁接后西瓜果实的瓤质脆,风味口感优,品质较好,是提高西瓜耐热性较理想的砧木材料。
With good quality,early-maturing,small size watermelon〔Citrullus lanatus （Thunb.） Matsum.et Nakai〕‘L600’as scion,pumpkin rootstock‘Jingxinzhen No.4’,‘Waxgourd rootstock No.1’,Gourd rootstock‘Zhenli No.1’,and‘Jingxinzhen No.1’（CK） as rootstocks,we studied the 4 rootstocks effects on the survival rates of grafted seedling,their growth vigor,yield and quality of watermelon after grafting.The results showed that after analyzing the indexes of plant heat tolerance,second fruit yield,FYC and quality,etc.‘Waxgourd rootstock No.1’is an ideal rootstock with low heat injury index and higher second fruit yield 78.48 t·hm-2 in the 4 rootstocks.The soluble solid matter at fruit center and sides of both the first and second fruit are higher than that of the CK.After grafting,the watermelon flesh is crisp with excellent flavor and good quality.‘Waxgourd rootstock No.1’is an ideal rootstock for improving heat tolerance of watermelon.
