摘要
目的建立评价高等医学院校教研室工作相对效率的方法,为教育资源的优化配置提供依据。方法以某医科大学教研室教育成本核算数据为基础,采用数据包络分析方法,选取各个教研室的设备折旧、房屋折旧、设备购置、药品材料、工资、实验动物、指导津贴、人员数作为投入指标,以教学学时数、科研经费、发表论文数作为产出指标,对64个教研室的相对效率进行评价。结果 19个教研室为整体相对有效(29.69%);45个教研室为相对无效(70.31%)。结论数据包络分析方法在高等医学院校科室相对效率评价中具有较好的应用前景。
Objective To establish a method for evaluating the relative efficiency of departments in medical universities,and to provide theoretical foundation for the optimization of educational resources.Methods The relative efficiency was measured with Data Envelopment Analysis（DEA）using 8 input variables,including equipment depreciation,building depreciation,equipment purchase,drug and medical material,wage,laboratory animal,guidance allowance,and personnel number,and 3 output variables,including teaching hour,research fund,and quantity of published articles,based on the data of cost accounting of 64 departments.Results Among these 64 departments,19（29.69%） were relative efficient,and 45（70.31%）were under optimum condition.Conclusion DEA has a good prospect in the evaluation of relative efficiency of departments inmedical universities.
