摘要
目的该文旨在探讨两种综合评价方法在卫生人力素质评价中的应用,为后期人力资源研究提供一定的科学依据。方法选取学历、学位、职称和年龄等指标,使用TOPSIS法和综合评分法进行研究。结果实现了对深圳市各级疾病预防控制中心(简称CDC)卫生人力素质的综合评价,7个CDC中,第1、2、6、7排序相同,排序结果基本相同。结论该文探询了两种方法在卫生人力素质评价中的应用过程,初步确定了卫生人力素质综合评价中的两种研究方法。
Objective This paper mainly aims to discuss two comprehensive evaluation methods to estimate health manpower quallty,and provide evidence for human resource research later. Methods Choose indexs of education,degree, title, age and so on,then use TOPSIS method and Synthetical scored method.Results By methods mentioned above, efficiently finish the comprehensive evaluation of health manpower quality in different levels of CDC in Shenzhen, and the results are nearly the same. Conclusions This thesis fully discusses the usage of the two methods during the process of health manpower evaluation, and primarily confirm that both research methods can be applied in evaluation of health manpower quality.
