“两全一双”:教师教育培养模式建构——基于阜阳师范学院教师教育改革的反思与实践 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国教师教育培养体制的调整变革,普通师范院校同非师范院校的竞争日益加剧。面对生存发展空间遭遇挤压,普通师范院校应弘扬传统优势,彰显自身科类特色,创新教师教育模式,培养符合社会需求的基础教育师资。经过几年的实践探索和调整完善,我们提出的"两全一双"(全科教育+全程实践+双向互动)培养模式,有效促进了师范生专业成长,引领带动了属地基础教育快速发展,初步实现了普通高师院校人才培养与地方基础教育师资建设的互促双赢。 As the reform of the teachers' education and cultivation system in our country goes,normal colleges have faced serious competition with comprehensive colleges.Confronted with the pressed reality,normal colleges should carry forward traditional advantages,reveal their own characteristics,convert pattern of the teachers' education,so as to cultivate fundamental teaching resources suitable for the social needs.After several years of practical exploration and perfection the authors are to propose the cultivation pattern consisting of general education,whole practice,and two-way interaction,promoting effectively the professional development of normal college students;leading and improving rapid development of fundamental education locally,and realizing generally a win-win situation and the mutual promotion of normal colleges' talents training and local construction of fundamental teaching resources.
