摘要
阐述了内燃机润滑系统网络法设计分析的基本理论和方法,提出在建模过程中利用动载滑动轴承理论确定轴承参数,引入BP神经网络建模技术用于构建润滑系统组成部件工作特性模型,并提出利用基于最小二乘算法的最优化方法来求解网络法润滑系统分析中的非线性方程组。针对样机进行了网络法仿真分析,并结合实验对仿真结果进行了对比研究。重点考察了内燃机工作过程中润滑系统的流量分配状况,对比分析了六种负荷工况下转速变化对主油道压力特性的影响情况。研究结果表明,利用所提出的方法得到的结论是准确可靠的。
Basic theory and method of network analysis for internal combustion engine(ICE)'s lubrication system were described here.In order to get more exact results by network analysis,it was first time to perform that bearing parameters were gotten by hydrodynamic lubrication theory of dynamically loaded bearing,and to introduce BP neural network to model characteristics of lubrication system's parts.Method of optimization based on least-squares algorithm was introduced to solve nonlinear equations that described lubrication system by network method.A simulation analysis with ICE's lubrication system was given.And simulation results were studied by comparing with test results.The distributions of oil flow in lubrication system were examined detailedly,and influences on pressure character of main oil path from speed's changing were also studied.Results show that the method given here is credible.
