摘要
为解决铜铁混合粉制造的含油轴承或机械零件易腐蚀的问题,采用磷酸锌包覆的方法使铁粉颗粒表面形成一层包覆层,并用未包覆铁粉和包覆铁粉分别制备了含铜量不同的铜铁基烧结试样,对比了试样的微观形貌,根据极化曲线测试和盐水浸泡试验结果分析了试样的耐蚀性。结果表明:磷酸锌包覆能在铁粉颗粒表面形成一层厚约5μm、均匀完整且颜色近似于铜粉的包覆层;采用包覆铁粉代替未包覆铁粉制备烧结试样,耐腐蚀性大大提高。
The oil-impregnated bearing or mechanical parts made of mixed copper and iron powder is easily corroded.To solve this problem,Zn3(PO4)2 was used to deposit a piece of stainless coating on the iron powder surfaces.The sintered copper-iron base samples of various copper contents were prepared with uncoated and coated iron powder respectively.Corrosion resistance was compared through polarization curve and salt brine immersion experiments,and microstructure of the samples was observed.The results show that a piece of stainless clad of approximate 5 μm thickness forms on the iron powder surfaces after coating,which color is very similar to copper powders.The samples made of coated iron powder instead of uncoated iron powder have a great improvement in corrosion resistance.
