摘要
应用岩石破裂过程分析系统RFPA2D建立贵州织金含稀土磷矿石颗粒的数值模型,分析探讨了静载荷作用下不同约束条件对含稀土磷矿石颗粒试样的破碎效果和能量消耗的影响。数值模拟结果表明:水平方向有约束时含稀土磷矿石颗粒试样累计破坏单元数比无水平约束时少,且释放的能量比无水平约束时多。因此,为了获得较好的破碎效率和节能效果,在选择破碎机时要考虑破碎腔内含稀土磷矿石颗粒的约束状态。
Using the Rock Failure Process Analysis code(RFPA2D),numerical model on particle failure was built to investigate the failure process of phosphate ore particle containing rare-earth in Guizhou under static loading,and the influence of different confinement on crushing effect and energy consumption of Zhijin phosphate ore particle containing rare-earth was analyzed.Numerical simulation results indicated that comparing to diametral loading without confinement in the horizontal direction,the accumulated counts of damaged elements of particle with confinement in the horizontal direction were less,and the energy release of damaged elements of particle was more.Therefore,in order to obtain higher crushing efficiency and better energy saving,the confinement of phosphate ore particle containing rare-earth in chamber should be taken into account in selecting crushers.
