摘要
目的:了解间变性大细胞淋巴瘤与埃泼斯坦- 巴尔( E B) 病毒的关系。方法:采用原位杂交及免疫组化 L S A B 法对12 例间变性大细胞淋巴瘤( A L C L) 进行 E B V 编码的 R N A( E B E Rs) 及 E B V 潜伏膜蛋白( L M P1) 和潜在膜抗原( E B N A2) 检测。结果:本组12 例 A L C L 中 E B E Rs 阳性率为25% (3/12) ;12 例 A L C L L M P1 检出率为8.3% , E B N A2 检出率为0(0/ 12) ;12 例 A L C L 免疫表型,8 例为 T 源性,3 例为 B 源性,1 例非 B 非 T;12 例 Ber H2 均阳性。结论:本结果表明 E B 病毒感染与部分 A L C L 关系密切,可能在其发病中起着重要作用。
Objective:To study the relationship between EB virus and anaplastic large cell lymphomal (ALCL).Methods:In situ hybridization and immunohistochemical methods were used to detect EBV encoded EBERs and latent membrane protein 1(LMP1).Results:(1)Positive rate of EBERs by in situ hybridization in 12 cases of ALCL was 25%.(2)LMP1 expression was detected in 8.3%(1/12) of ALCL, no expression of EBNA2 was found.(3)Immunophenotypically,8 cases were of T lineage,3 cases were of B lineage,1 case was of null lineage.All cases were CD30 positive. Conclusion:Our results suggested that EBV might play on important role in the pathogenesis of some cases of ALCL.
