摘要
本文以实验室自制的端氨基超支化聚合物为还原剂,通过和硝酸银反应制得纳米银抗菌剂。利用激光粒径仪、透射电镜和紫外可见分光光度计表征了抗菌剂的稳定性,并用SEM观察抗菌整理后纤维上银的分布。结果表明,相同工艺条件下,氧化并接枝的纯棉织物经最低浓度的抗菌剂整理,织物上的银含量也是原棉的10倍左右。
The homemade amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer was applied as a reducing agent, reacting with silver nitrate to produce silver nanoparticles biocides. The stability was characterized by the means of DLS、 TEM and Uv-vis. Meanwhile silver nanoparticles distribution was observed with SEM. As a result of the experiments, we concluded that with the same processing, the silver content on oxidized-grafted cotton fabric was about 10 times that of raw one, though treated with the lowest concentration of antimicrobial agent
