摘要
文章对传统的合成α,β-不饱和羰基化合物的Knoevenagel反应做了改进,以不同的醛,氰基乙酰胺或氰乙酸乙酯为反应底物,以1-甲基-3-二甲氨基丙基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([Dmnpmim]BF4)为催化剂合成了十个α,β-不饱和羰基化合物。实验中对反应条件进行了优化,得到了较佳的反应工艺。
In the paper, a series of α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds have been synthesized through Knoevenagel reaction with aldehydes, cyano acetamide or cyanoacetate, catalyzed by [Dmnpmim]BF4. The reaction conditions had been optimized in the experiment, and a better technics had been obtained.
