微波辐射无溶剂KF-Al_2O_3催化苯甲醛与氰基乙酸乙酯的Knoevenagel缩合反应

摘要 采用KF-Al2O3为催化剂,在无溶剂微波辐射下苯甲醛与氰基乙酸乙酯发生Knoevenagel缩合反应,得到了较高的产率,并考察了反应条件对产率的影响.结果表明,当n(苯甲醛)∶n(氰基乙酸乙酯)=1∶1,催化剂用量为0.10 g,微波辐射功率为320 W,辐射2.0 min时,产率可达91.67%. Catalyzed by KF-Al2O3, Knoevenagel condensation of benzaldehyde with ethyl cyanoacetate under microwave irradiation without solvent has been found to proceed with high yield. The facts influencing the yield were studied and discussed briefly. The reaction conditions were: n (benzaldehyde): n (ethyl cyanoacetate)= 1: 1, the quality of catalyst was 0.10 g, the power of microwave was 320 W, the irradiation time was 2.0 min, the yield was up to 91.67 %.
