摘要
在加工圆管过程中,厂家提供的刀杆长度已经不能满足生产需要,根据加工要求必须设计一种满足要求的刀杆,刀杆在运转过程中产生的振动对加工精度影响不容忽视,所以对刀架进行动力学研究是十分必要的,即利用ANSYS前处理软件ICEM对模型进行全六面体网格划分,然后导入ANSYS中进行模态分析,得到系统的固有频率和振型,为改进刀架的性能提供数据支持。
