摘要
以Pro/E为平台,依据方程精确建立齿轮泵的齿轮轴三维实体模型,并以振动力学和有限元理论为基础,建立齿轮轴的有限元模型,利用Pro/E集成环境Pro/MECHANICA对其进行模态分析,计算出其前4阶固有阵型和固有频率,为齿轮泵的齿轮轴优化设计提供理论依据;为其动力响应的计算奠定了基础;为改善齿轮泵的动态特性、避免共振的发生、提高其工作的可靠性提供了一种方法。
To Pro/E as a platform,equations based on the establishment of precision gear pump gear shaft model, and to vibration and mechanical finite element theory, the establishment of the gear shaft finite element model, use of Pro/E integrated environmental Pro/MECHAN- ICA its modal analysis. The former 4 ranks of natural frequencies and model shapes were caculated, so it provided a theoretic basis for the de- sign of gear shaft and the foundation for calculation of dynamic response ; in order to improve the dynamic characteristics of gear pump and a- void resonance,it provide a method for improving the reliability of its wrok to design.
