摘要
目的探讨苦参乌梅汤对HBV转基因小鼠HBsAg表达的影响,确定苦参乌梅汤的最佳组方。方法采用正交试验设计,以HBV转基因小鼠血清中HBsAg的含量为评定指标,考察苦参乌梅汤中苦参、乌梅不同比例,不同用量以及不同给药时间对HBsAg表达的影响。结果苦参乌梅汤按照苦参、乌梅1:1的比例,以9.0g/(kg·d)给药1周,对HBV转基因小鼠血清中HBsAg表达影响最为显著。其中,影响HBV转基因鼠HBsAg表达最主要的因素是苦参和乌梅的配比,差异具有统计学意义;日处方量和给药时间差异均不具有统计学意义。结论苦参乌梅汤最佳组方应为苦参、乌梅1:1的比例,以9.0g/(kg·d)给药1周。此组方能够明显降低HBV转基因小鼠血清中HBsAg的表达。
Objective To determine the effect of sophora flavescens ebony decoction on HBsAg expression in hepatitis B virus (HBV) transgenic mice. Methods An orthogonal test was adopted in the study and the evaluation index is serum HBsAg expression in HBV transgenic mice. Different dosage and different administration time of Sophora flavescens ebony decoction were observed. Results The best ratio of sophora flavescens and ebony was 1: 1. The ratio of sophora flavescens and ebony significantly affected the expression of HBsAg, but there was no significant difference between dosage and administration time. Conclusion The sophora flavescens ebony decoction can significantly decrease the HBsAg expression in HBV transgenic mice.
