摘要
目的规范预防老年患者跌倒的管理,降低老年患者跌倒发生率。方法制订跌倒风险评估及监控流程,组织"跌倒流程管理知识"培训并进行质量监控。结果提高了老年患者高危跌倒预报率(P<0.01);降低了跌倒发生率(P<0.01)。结论对跌倒高危患者实施流程管理能提高跌倒预防效果,降低跌倒发生率。
Objective To standardize the management for preventing elderly patients＇falls so as to reduce the incidence of falls, Methods The falls - related risk assessment and monitoring process were developed. A training course about falls process management was organized and the quality of training was monitored. Results The reporting rate of high - risk paitient whh falls was increased （P 〈 0.01 ） and the incidence of falls was reduced （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The implementation of falls process management for elderly patients can reduce the incidence of falls.
