摘要
分层次教学考虑了学生的个体差异,倡导因材施教,这在一定的程度上解决了教学过程中班级制教学的整体划一性与尊重学生个体差异之间的矛盾,既达到了一定程度上提高教学质量的目标,又契合了"以生为本"的素质教育新要求,有利于培养出更多的高素质的合格人才。本文从可持续发展观的新角度,从学生教学,课堂教学,教师管理三方面探讨了分层次教学的可行性与合理性,为中职学校的教学改革提供了一种新思路。
By considering individual differences and applying individualized teaching,hierarchical teaching resolves the conflicts between integration of class teaching and students' individualities.It achieves the aim of enhancing teaching quality to some degree and cultivating more high-quality talents by putting students first.This article probes into the feasibility and rationality of hierarchical teaching under sustainable development concept from students' teaching,class teaching and teachers' management aspects,thus provides a new way of thinking for teaching reforms in middle vocational schools.
