摘要
通过对国内体育赛事管理理论与实务领域两轮德尔菲专家咨询,构建体育赛事综合影响事前评估指标体系。该体系包括经济影响等3个一级指标、对赛事相关产业的拉动等13个二级指标和外来游客消费额等29个三级指标。在此基础上,运用模糊评价法得出所有指标的权重系数。结果显示:3项一级指标的权重系数基本相似,其中社会影响的权重系数最高,经济影响次之,环境影响最低。
Using the Delphi Expert System for the consultation of Chinese experts in areas of theoretical and practical sports management, the present paper constructed the index system of pre-event evaluation of the impact of sports events. The system consists of three first level indexes, such as the index of economic impact, 13 second level indexes, such as driving related industries, and 29 third level indexes, such as the foreign tourist consumption. On this basis, the study obtained the weight coefficients of all the indexes using the fuzzy evaluation method. The result shows that the weight coefficients of the three first level indexes are basically similar： the coefficient of social impact index is the highest, then that of the economic impact and the environmental impact has the lowest coefficient.
