摘要
针对造船工艺对型材冷弯机送料机构送料精度的要求,设计一种应用型材冷弯机的模糊自适应PID控制器。该控制器以常规PID控制为基础,根据偏差和偏差的变化率,利用模糊逻辑实现PID参数的在线调整,进一步完善了PID控制器的性能,提高了位置控制系统的精度。仿真结果表明:该控制器具有常规PID控制器高精度的特点,又具有模糊控制器响应速度快的特点,而且具有良好的动态、稳定性能以及较强的鲁棒性,能够使送料机构达到满意的控制效果。
For ship building process on the profile bending machine with precision feed mechanism feeding the requirements,design an application profile bending machine with fuzzy adaptive PID controller.The controller to conventional PID control on the basis of the error and bias in the rate of change,the use of fuzzy logic to PID parameters of the line,to further improve the PID controller of the performance and enhance the position control system of precision.Simulation results show that: a conventional PID controller,the controller features high precision,but also has fuzzy controller features fast response,and has good dynamic and steady perfor-mance and robustness,enabling organizations to achieve satisfactory feed control effect.
