摘要 本文介绍了为某高速气流热模拟试验台所设计的燃油供给系统的组成和工作原理。该系统以PLC作为控制器,利用Fuzzy_PID控制律和变频调速技术,完成对定量泵被控对象的控制,从而实现了满足规定流量燃油的控制要求。通过系统在Simulink下的仿真以及实际使用情况,验证了该系统设计的合理性和可行性。 This article describes the composition and operation principle of the fuel supply system designed for a high-speed airflow thermal simulation test bed.Taking the PLC as a controller,the system uses Fuzzy_PID control law and variable frequency speed-regulating technology to complete control of quantitative pump so that the control requirements of specific flow-rate of fuel oil has been satisfied.The simulation in Simulink and actual use of the system,verify the design of the system is reasonable and feasible.
