摘要
"主题-并置叙事"是一种因共同"主题"而把几条叙事线索联系在一起的叙事模式。从本质上说,主题-并置叙事是一种超出线性因果叙事模式的空间叙事,它是一种在文学艺术史上较为普遍、也非常古老的叙事模式,但至今尚没有引起研究者的关注。主题-并置叙事不仅在文字叙事中,而且在图像叙事中也有明显的表现。由于"主题"(topic)概念是由"场所"(topos)概念发展而来的,而"场所"是一种"空间",因此,主题-并置叙事本质上是一种空间叙事。本文对古希腊雅典卫城上帕提农神庙垄间壁上的一组叙事性雕塑进行了具体的"场所"或"主题"分析,认为这组著名的图像叙事作品为一种重要的叙事模式——主题-并置叙事提供了较早的范例和最初的形态。
"Topic-juxtaposition narrative" is a narrative mode which links several narrative lines of a common "topic".In essence,topic-juxtaposition narrative is a kind of spatial narrative beyond linear cause-effect narrative mode,though as an old and popular narrative mode in literary and art history,which hasn't attracted researchers' attention.Topic-juxtaposition narrative has obvious manifestations in image narratives as well as in literal narratives.The concept of "topic" derives from that of "topos",while the latter is a kind of "space",so topic-juxtaposition narrative is,in essence,a kind of spatial narrative.This paper conducts a concrete "topos" or "topic" analysis of a suite of narrative sculpture on Parthenon Temple coronas in Acropolis of Athens of Ancient Greece,holding that this famous image narrative works provides primitive model and initial pattern for a most important narrative mode,topic-juxtaposition narrative.
