摘要
以丙酮、梨基质、苹果基质配制15种有机磷农药混合标准溶液,用气相色谱-FPD检测器进行检测并对响应值进行比较;用基质匹配标准曲线对测定值进行校准,对得出的结果进行比较,以探讨基质效应对有机磷农药测定结果的影响。结果表明,所选用的15种有机磷农药均有不同程度的基质效应,其中甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷和氧化乐果的基质效应较强;同一种农药在梨和苹果中具有不同的基质效应,在不同品种的梨和不同品种的苹果间也具有不同的基质效应;不同农药在同一梨或苹果基质中具有不同的基质效应;应用基质匹配法绘制标准曲线能较好他消除基质效应对定量的影响;随着检测浓度的增大,基质效应的影响逐渐减小。
Fifteen kinds of organophosphorus pesticide standard mixture solution was confected in acetone,pear matrix and apple matrix,respectively.The organophosphorus pesticides were detected by GC-FPD and the response values were compared.The values were corrected by matrix-matched standard curve and the results were compared as well,which was used to explore the matrix effect on organophosphorus pesticide determination.The results showed that the 15 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides had different levels of matrix effects,and methamidophos,acephate,and omethoate had stronger matrix effects.The same pesticide in pear and apple had different matrix effects,different varieties of pear and apple had different matrix effects;Different pesticides in the same pear and apple had different matrix effects;The matrix-matched standard curve could decrease matrix effects on organophosphorus pesticide determination.As the concentration of detection increased,the matrix effect decrease gradually.
