摘要
研究建立了CharmⅡ放射免疫系统测定动物血清、尿液和组织中青霉素族抗生素残留的分析方法,筛选质量浓度分别为1000μg／L、200μg／L和50μg／kg;并探讨了此竞争反应体系的基质影响,交叉反应率等因素,评价了免疫反应体系的灵敏度,对调整方法筛选水平和总量测定给出了参考参数。
A CharmⅡcompetitive Radioimmunoassay method is proposed for the determination of antibiotics residues in sera,urine,and tissues.The screening concentrations in urine,serum and tissue samples were1000 μg/L,200μg/L和50μg/kg,respectively.The matrix effect of this competitve system and its cross reactivity to penicillins and tetracyclines are discussed.The immunoassay sensitivity of this system has been evaluated.Releˉvant operation parameters for the adjustment of screening level and total detection are presented.
