摘要
针对目前产品设计过程中功能属性选择较少考虑功能间协调效率的问题,提出了将功能协调效率概念引入功能属性选择的解决方案。引入协调理论中依赖逻辑和图论中约束关系的方法来描述产品不同功能间的逻辑关系,并在此基础上确定产品功能属性间协调程度以及部件与功能属性的映射关系,建立了基于改进遗传算法的产品设计功能属性选择优化模型。工程算例结果表明该模型能够高效地实现功能属性量化择优。
Collaborative efficiency is crucial for the selection of function selection in product design; however, there is no sufficient facility or ctear opinions provided by research work to address this now. Function dependency logic was defined, by dependency analysis method in CT and digraph definition in graph theory (GT). Then function selection optimization model based on improved genetic algorithm was proposed with the definition of function coordination degree and part-function mapping relationship. Case study was demonstrated to illustrate the feasibility and applicability.
