摘要 通过对新型阳离子双子表面活性剂α,ω-二(烷基吗啉鎓)烷烃的性能测定,研究了表面活性剂结构中疏水基和连接基碳链长度对表面性能、润湿性能、泡沫性能以及乳化性能的影响,确定了产物结构与其性能的关系。结果表明,α,ω-二(烷基吗啉鎓)烷烃双子表面活性剂的表面张力、泡沫性能以及乳化性能均优于其相应单子表面活性剂,润湿性能单子表面活性剂要比双子表面活性剂好;双子表面活性剂中,疏水基相同时,缩短连接基,表面活性剂的性能更优;连接基相同时,缩短疏水链,表面活性剂性能下降。 By determination of properties of cationic gemini surfactant α,ω- alkane bis - ( alkyl morpholinium bromide) , effect of the structure of the hydrophobic group and the spacer group carbon chain of the surfactant on surface activity, wetting power, foaming properties and emulsifying performance of the product were studied. Meanwhile, the relationship between the structure and the performance of the surfactant product were examined. Results showed that the surface activity, foaming properties and emulsifying performance of the gemini surfactant are better than that of the corresponding non - gemini surfactant;but the wetting power of the former is lower than that of the latter. In such kind of gemini surfactant series, in case of same hydrophobic group, the shortening of the spacer group carbon chain will result - in better performance ; while in case of same spacer group, the shortening of the hydrophobic group carbon chain will result - in decline of the performance.
