摘要
哥本哈根气候大会无果而终以后,低碳发展模式作为拯救人类生存环境的重大问题仍然是理论界讨论的热点。对于低碳经济的概念,相关研究领域已经有了基本统一的认识,但衡量低碳经济发展水平的指标却未引起足够的重视。本文就目前文献以及实际应用中关于低碳经济发展的测度指标进行了综述,分析了测度指标的意义并对相关的指标进行了比较,最后主要就中国低碳经济发展的水平进行了测度。
Copenhagen climate conference ended without result,as a major issue to save the human environment,the low-carbon development model remains a hot topic in theoretical circles.For the concept of low-carbon economy,the relevant fields already have a unified understanding,but the measuring indicators of the level of development for low-carbon economy failed to attract enough attention.This article reviews the current literature and practical application of the measuring indicators on the development of low-carbon economy,analyzes the meaning of measuring indicators and compared those indicators,measured the development level of China＇s low-carbon economy at last.
