人参单体皂苷动态变化分析 被引量:3

摘要 为明确4、5、6年生栽培人参参根中单体皂苷Rb1、Rb2、Rb3、Rc、Rd、Re和Rg1的含量及其在生育期内的动态变化,应用HPLC法测定栽培人参参根中单体皂苷Rb1、Rb2、Rb3、Rc、Rd、Re和Rg1的含量。结果表明:Rb1和Rb3随着参龄的增加,其平均含量逐渐增加;Rc、Rd和Rg1的含量以6年生的参根最高,5年生的参根最低。Rb2的含量以4年生参根最高,6年生的参根最低。Re的含量以4年生参根最高,5年生的参根最低。1年内不同时期参根中单体皂苷含量不同。总体而言,单体皂苷含量在年内以7、8月份最低。结果可为人参规范化生产及人参单体皂苷提取提供指导。 Dynamic changes of concentrations of monomer ginsenosides of ginseng,cultivated in Fusong country,Jilin province were analyzed.Dynamic determination of content of some monomer ginsenoside for four-,five-and six-year-old ginseng were conducted in the growing period from April 15 to September 15.The contents of monomer ginsenoside Rb1、Rb2、Rb3、Rc、Rd、Re and Rg1 were determined by HPLC method.The results indicated that mean content of ginsenoside-Rb1and-Rb3 was the highest in root of six-year-old ginseng plant,that of five-year-old ginseng plant ranged second,and that of four-year-old ginseng plant was the least;Mean content of ginsenoside-Rc,-Rd and-Rg1 were the highest in root of six-year-old ginseng plant,that of four-year-old ginseng plant ranged second,and that of five-year-old ginseng plant was the least;Mean content of ginsenoside-Rb2 were the highest in root of four-year-old ginseng plant,and that of six-year-old ginseng plant was the least;Mean content of ginsenoside-Re were the highest in root of four-year-old ginseng plant,and that of five-year-old ginseng plant was the least.Contents of these seven monomer ginsenosides of root at different growth stages in a year were different.The content of these seven monomer ginsenosides was the lowest in July and August.The experimental results could provide guidance for standardized production of ginseng and of monomer ginsenosides extraction.
