摘要
用纤维素酶处理人参,可以大大提高人参皂甙萃取量,经济效益十分显著。试验用辽宁本溪产5年生人参,用常规法分析其纤维素含量为9.15%;含有总皂甙2.37%(扫描法)。各单体皂甙分别为Ro,Rb_1,Rb_2,Rc,Rd,Re,Rg。其中Re的含量最高。其次为Rb,再次为Rg。用纤维素酶处理人参,最适工艺参数为1500活力单位。pH4.5,50℃保温12h。与对照比较,酶处理提高23%~38%。
panax Ginseng, culturing in Benxi of Liaoning province, analysed the sample, it contained 2.37% of ginsenoside in which the monomers were Ro, Rb, Rb_2, Rc, Re, and Rg. The Re be highest level in all monomers the next is Rb_2 and the third is Rg. With cellulase to treat the ginseng 1500u/g sample at 50℃, pH4.5 cultured for 12h, the yield of ginsenoside inereased 23%-38% than the control, economic benefits were very remarkable.
