摘要
按不同设防烈度设计18层剪力墙结构,计算不同设防烈度下的建筑工程造价。对比可知,设防烈度8度以下(含8度),设防水准提高一个等级,增加建筑工程造价小于9.46%,增加造价占房屋售价的比例小于1.552%。剪力墙结构工程造价较小的增加,可获得设防水准一个等级的提高。从另一个角度说,在减少建筑面积很小的情况下,房屋的抗震设防水准可获得一个等级的提高。
The 18-layer typical shear wall structure of different protect intensity are designed.The construction cost is calculated.When the protect intensity is no more than 8 degree,the increased construction cost would be smaller than 9.46% and the increased construction cost is smaller than 1.552% of its price if the protect standard raises one level.The construction cost has a little increase,the protect standard would raise one level.In other words,if the construction cost doesn't increase,the protect standard would also raise one level when the architectural area decreases very small.
