抗凝血灭鼠剂两种剂型的实验室及现场灭鼠效果比较 被引量:1

Comparative the Deratization Effect of Two Anticoagulant Rodenticide Dosage Forms in Laboratories and Scene

摘要 目的比较溴敌隆小麦毒饵和溴敌隆苹果颗粒饵剂实验室及现场灭鼠效果,为灭鼠工作提供科学依据。方法用有选择给饵法测定毒饵的适口性及实验室毒杀效果;用粉迹法测定现场鼠密度,计算校正灭鼠率。结果溴敌隆小麦毒饵的摄食系数为1.25,溴敌隆苹果颗粒饵剂为0.066;溴敌隆小麦毒饵实验室灭鼠率为100%,溴敌隆苹果颗粒饵剂实验室灭鼠率为90%;现场校正灭鼠率,溴敌隆小麦毒饵为80.34%,溴敌隆苹果颗粒饵剂为53.04%。结论溴敌隆小麦毒饵具有很好的适口性及室内毒杀效果,现场条件下溴敌隆小麦毒饵灭鼠更好,可以用于社区的大面积灭鼠。 Objective To compare the deratization of Bromchlophos wheat poisoned bait and apple pellet poisoned in laboratory and scene,and provide scientific basis for rats extermination.Method Examined the palatability of poison bait and effect of deratization in Laboratories,determined the scene mouse density with the powder mark.Results The eat index to wheat poisoned bait is 1.25,apple pellet poisoned bait is 0.066;the wheat poisoned bait rate of deratization is 100% in laboratory,and the apple pellet poisoned bait is 90%;The scene control rate,the bromadiolone wheat poisoned bait is 80.34%,and the apple pellet poisoned bait is 53.04%.Conclusions Bromadiolone wheat poisoned bait has well palatability and indoor kills;under the field condition,wheat poisoned bait rat control is better and may use in the community.
