摘要
本研究采用《中学教师职业压力调查问卷》为研究工具,抽取广东省319名中学体育教师进行了调查,结果表明:58%的被调查者认为中学体育教师是一种压力"较大"或"很大"的职业,中学体育教师的主要压力源体现在:工作负荷、自我发展需要、学生因素和职业期望等四个方面,教师在性别、职称、年龄、任教年级和所在地区上的压力存在显著差异。
With a Wuestionnaire on the Occupational Stress on Middle School Teachers,we conducted a survey on 319 teachers of physical training in middle schools and found in this study that 68% of those surveyed thought that theirs is an occupation with fairly great or great pressure.The sources of their pressure come mainly from workload,the needs for self-development,student factors and professional expectations etc.There exist sharp differences in sex,professional titles,age,the grade of students they teach and the area where they work.
