摘要
基于全向蓄电池侧面叉车的实体模型,考虑轮胎的刚度和阻尼的情况下建立了其运动学简化模型,运用欧拉-拉格朗日方法建立了相应的运动学方程。针对该车作业状态下存在的可能隐患,对其货叉外伸最大值后加速下放作业时的危险工况的横向稳定性进行了仿真计算和分析,与试验结果对比表明运动学方程分析的正确性,为设计提供了理论依据。
The paper introduced a type of multi-directional electric sideway forklift.Based on the body model of multi-directional electric sideway forklift,the simply dynamic model is constructed,then using Euler-Lagrange,the dynamic equation is set up.According to the operation condition of possible danger,under considering the stiffness and damp of the tire,the lateral stability of gantry lifting in working conditions is calculated and analyzed.As a result,it indicates that the analysis is right and has strong practicability in engineer.
