带钢条缝喷气冷却整场流动和传热特性的数值模拟 被引量:5

摘要 以某带钢生产线为参考,以空气为介质对条缝式喷嘴进行研究。通过数值模拟研究整个条缝式喷气冷却器的流动特性、喷射冷却介质与带钢表面的传热特性;以及风箱的风量变化与风箱内压差的关系,结果表明,在此模型下冷却器内的流体流动均匀,钢板表面也冷却均匀,满足工艺要求;此外风箱内压差随风量基本呈直线递增趋势。 Jet cooling is a way of cooling strip steel. The slot nozzle was studied under air medium. In this paper,a strip steel production line as the reference,it was researched that the flow characteristics of slit jet cooling organ and heat transfer characteristics of spray cooling medium by numerical simulation. In addition,it was also researched that the relationship of the flux and the pressure of the bellows by changes its flux. As a result,the equation conclusion was gained.
