摘要
Cu是高铝锌合金的主要强化元素之一,其在锌铝合金中具有一定的固溶度,当超过此固溶度时将以白色条状的ε相析出,研究了Cu含量对高铝锌合金组织与性能的影响,结果表明:高铝锌合金中析出富铜相的Cu含量的临界点在1.0%~2.0%之间;在铜含量较低的情况下,ε相析出的数量少,尺寸小,合金在保持较小强度增幅下,伸长率增加,硬度基本保持不变;适当地提高铜含量,有利于细化锌铝合金的基体组织,提高致密度,减少缩孔缩松倾向。综合考虑各种因素的影响,对ZA27、ZA30等牌号的高铝锌合金,其铜含量的最佳范围可控制在2.5%~3.5%。
Cu is the main strengthening element of Zn-Al alloy with a certain degree of solid solution,a white strip ε-phase will precipitate when Cu content exceeds the solid solution degree. The effect of Cu content on the microstructure and properties of Zn-Al alloy was studied in this paper. The result shows that: the critical point of ε-phase precipitation is between 1.0% and 2.0% of Cu content; In the case of low Cu content,ε-phase precipitates little and in small size,the extension rate of alloy increases slowly,the hardness remained unchanged; Increase the copper content suitably will refinement the alloy matrix,improve density and reduce the tendency of shrinkage. Considering various factors,to the ZA27,ZA30 and other high aluminum zinc based alloy,the copper content should be controlled in the best range of 2.5% to 3.5%.
