摘要
以K480铸造镍基高温合金为研究对象,利用实验测量了不同时效时间下γ′相晶界和碳化物晶界的宽度,并分析了晶界粗化过程中的组织变化,利用计算机拟合了晶界粗化行为演变曲线。为铸造镍基高温合金生产过程中的微观组织控制提供参考。
Taking K480 cast nickel base superalloy as research object, the grain boundary width of carbide phase and γ' phase after aged for different time was measured by experimens, and the microstructure change in the process of grain coarsening was analyzed. The evolution curves of grain coarsening behavior were fitted by computer. This study provides a reference for the microstructure control of cast nickel base superalloy in production process.
