摘要
分析了生产中铸造质量要求较高的汽轮机阀体的浇注系统,并对其进行改进。运用铸造模拟仿真软件Anycasting对原浇注系统及改进后浇注系统进行模拟仿真。实验结果表明,改进后的浇注系统能获得优良的铸件,并节约了大量钢材。研究结论对大型铸件工艺设计以及实际生产具有指导意义。
This paper analyzes the gating system and its improvement of turbine valve which requires very strict casting quality. Based on the simulation software Anycasting to the contrast study on original cast system and improved pouring system was carried out. Results show that: the improved cast system works fine and save a lot of liquid steel. It has positive significance to large casting process design and actual production.
