汽轮机再热阀体铸造工艺优化

摘要 采用立撞立浇方案,在大管口端面设置冒口,阀体壁上设置变补缩斜度进行补缩,减少了增肉切割量和形状修刨工作量,提高了钢水利用率,降低了切屑率,内外质量也有明显的提高。 By adopting the vertical mould and vertical casting program, the riser has been set on the end face of pipe orifice, and the gradient of slope has been set on the wall of valve block for material feeding. Meanwhile, the cutting amount of feeding material and the shaping amount of shape have been decreased. All these measures would improve the utilization ratio of molten steel, and reduce the metal removal rate, and improve the quality of inside and outside wall obviously.
