摘要
实施精益六西格玛项目比单纯实施精益改进项目或六西格玛项目更复杂,目前还缺乏一套有效的管理方法。为此,在明确精益六西格玛项目管理的内涵基础上,通过对精益六西格玛项目实施流程(DMAICⅡ)的分析,建立了精益六西格玛项目管理的一般模式,并开发了该管理模式下的原型系统,为现代企业实施精益六西格玛项目提供了一套新的解决方案,有利于现代企业提高产品质量水平,优化流程,并在一定意义上实现了精益六西格玛项目管理的信息化。
Application of lean six sigma projects is more complicated than six sigma projects. There is no effective management method up to now. This article explicited the content, analyzed application process （DMAIC II ） and established general management model for lean six sigma project, established prototype system of the model. The research not only provides a new method for modem enterprise to apply lean six sigma, but also improves the level of product quality and optimizes process for modem enterprises. In a certain sense, implemented information of Lean Six Sigma project management.
